Who provides Turvio
Turvio is provided by DMVH.eu NV, Ambachtsweg 20, 9820 Merelbeke-Melle, VAT BE0727.612.836 ("we"). You can reach us at hello@turvio.eu. These terms cover Turvio Free and Turvio Pro. Enterprise is agreed in a separate contract.
The service
Turvio is a service for one-time exchange of text and files. Content is encrypted, can be opened a limited number of times, and is then deleted together with its encryption key.
Free
Free is for one person and costs nothing. You create a local account with your e-mail address and confirm that address before you can send. Sign-in is a passkey or a magic link, not a password. There is no SMS, and the recipient page shows Turvio branding. The allowances on the pricing page apply: 2 GB of active storage, 20 deliveries per day, 3 recipients per delivery, and a validity of up to 72 hours. We may change those allowances, and we may refuse or stop Free.
Pro
Pro is for organisations, with a minimum of 3 users. Employees sign in with Microsoft Entra ID. The price is 14 per user per month, excluding VAT, billed through Mollie. Your own domain and API access are described on the website as coming soon and are not part of the service until we say they are available. The data processing agreement applies to Pro.
Your content
You are responsible for what you send and for having a right to send it, including the recipient's contact details. You must follow the acceptable use policy, version 2026-10-15.
Accounts and suspension
You are responsible for activity from your account. If an account breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, we may suspend or close it without prior notice when that is needed to limit harm, and we may block deliveries that are still open.
Availability
Free is provided as available, without an uptime commitment. Pro is provided with reasonable care. Neither includes an Enterprise service level.
Privacy roles
On Free, we are the controller for account data: e-mail address, display name, language, sign-in credential and the version of these terms you accepted. You remain responsible for the content you choose to send. On Pro, the customer is the controller of content and recipient data, and we are the processor. The privacy notice and the DPA say more.
Fees
Free is €0. Pro fees are the price shown on the website when you subscribe, excluding VAT. We may change Pro fees for a later period if we tell you beforehand. Enterprise is quoted.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. On Free, the service is free and we are liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. On Pro, our total liability in a contract year is limited to the Pro fees you paid in the three months before the claim, except for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury. We are not liable for content that you or a recipient forwards before it is deleted.
Ending use
You may stop using Free at any time and you may delete your account. When an account or a delivery ends, we delete or crypto-shred the content as described in the privacy notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is 2026-10-15. If the version changes, we ask you to accept the new text before you continue. The version you accepted is stored with the time of acceptance.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where DMVH.eu NV has its registered office. The courts of that place have jurisdiction. This does not take away mandatory consumer rights where they apply to you.
